Softphone is our app that you can download and install on your computer to manage calls, response groups and chat with colleagues.

We continuously release services and functions to our platform MyDstny. Some of them you recognize from our Softphone, but there are also new services coming to MyDstny that you won’t find in Softphone, such as Omnichannel.

The Webphone has a call rate according to the Dstny traffic price list.
